Commitment to Environmental Protection
As a company operating in the textile industry, we are deeply aware of the environmental impact of our business activities. To respect our planet and preserve it for future generations, we are actively promoting sustainable initiatives.
Furthermore, in our commitment to help achieve the goals of the Paris Agreement adopted at COP21 in 2015, we have calculated our greenhouse gas emissions for 2023 and developed an action plan aiming for an annual reduction of 5.9% by 2030.

Commitment to Sustainable Materials
Since the beginning of 2024, our company has adopted recycled polyester for nearly all of our polyester ribbons. Through this initiative, we are working to effectively utilize resources and reduce $CO_2$ emissions in our manufacturing processes.In addition, we offer a range of products made from natural materials such as Tencel, linen, and organic cotton, providing eco-friendly options that meet our customers' diverse needs.For our organic cotton products, we also offer items compliant with the GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) certification. GOTS is an international standard that sets strict criteria not only for raw materials but also for the manufacturing processes and processing materials used.
Recycled Polyester Ribbon
Our recycled polyester ribbons are manufactured from 100% recycled PET bottles.
The collected bottles undergo processes such as sorting, washing, crushing, and spinning into yarn, before ultimately being transformed into woven ribbons.
From bottle collection to the production of the finished ribbons, we thoroughly manage each process to ensure high quality and complete traceability.

PET Bottle Collection
We collect used PET bottles.

Sorting and Storage
At the collection points, bottles are sorted into different categories and compressed to facilitate storage and transportation to our yarn factory.

Washing
The containers are separated so that the bottles can be washed, removing dirt, labels, and contaminants as thoroughly as possible.

Flaking
The bottles are crushed into flakes and then undergo a second washing process, during which residues and bottle caps are separated. This results in clean flakes that meet recycling standards.

Extrusion
The flakes are melted into liquid form and extruded under high pressure to be processed into yarn. The resulting yarn is then woven into premium, sustainable ribbon.
